1. How do I book appointment and when?
You can book appointment with Beauty On The Go through our website or Call/SMS/Whatsapp us at 9810991603. It is advised to book a day prior so get a slot of your choices.
2. In which areas do you operate?
At the moment our services are available across South Delhi, however we do travel across other parts of Delhi NCR for a minimum booking amount. Soon, we will be expanding to other areas of Delhi NCR.
3. What are your work timings?
Our work timings are 10:00 AM to 7 PM on all days except Tuesdays.
4. Where can I take the services?
You can avail the services in the comfort of your home or office/hotel/pg.
5. Do you provide services for large groups/ birthday parties/ bridal shower etc.?

6. Will the Beauty therapist carry all equipment or do I have to arrange things?
You will be glad to know that our Beauty Therapist carry all the necessary equipments like wax heaters, pedicure tubs, extension cord, gowns, sheets, cotton, etc. All you need to do is provide them with required space, electricity and water facility and just completely relax and get pampered in the comfort of your own home, not worrying about the aftermath because our trained beauticians will ensure that the room is spik and span post service.
7. Are the products genuine and original?
We guarantee that the products used by our stylist are all genuine and branded. Most of our products are single use kits. We also discourage the use of products other than the ones carried by our stylists unless specified or mentioned in the service.
8. Are the Beauty therapists trained?
We shortlist staff who have minimum 3 years of experience and have thorough knowledge about their work, however when we appoint any staff irrespective of their work experience we at Beauty On The Go give them rigorous training according to our protocol, so that all the beauticians are at par and provide the same service standards.
9. What form of payment do you accept?

10. Is your Beauty Therapist safe, can I let her in the house?
For us the safety of both the customer as well as the beautician is important. We run a background check of all our beauticians before hiring them. We inform the client about the staff who will come for the services also we send our company personnel with the beautician on a new appointment. We also ensure that the last service for the day does not extend until late.
11. Can I cancel or reschedule my appointments?
Yes you can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 2 hours prior to the service by calling us at 9810991603. However a cancellation fee of Rs 200 will be levied in case the therapist has left for your house or has reached your house and you wish to cancel at that very moment.

13. If I do not like a service will I get a refund?
Beauty On The Go aims to provide the best experience to all its clients. In case of refund request, a customer may raise a claim at 9810991603 or write us at email@example.com within 48 hours of service delivery .We shall get in touch and understand the situation. In case the claim is found to be genuine as per customer service policy, a refund will be processed within 7 working days from the day of raising the claim in the clients bank account or PayTM wallet.
